With us you are assured of a good product.
All products have a warranty of 2 years on manufacturing defects.
Should there be a problem with a component of the product, we will ensure that the component is replaced or the defect is corrected.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After canceling, once again you have 14 days to send your product back. Then you will be credited with the total amount, including shipping. The costs of return from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
If you use your right of withdrawal the product will undamaged, with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - be returned to the webshop in its original condition and packaging.
To use this right, please contact us via info@netbed.be or send the form for termination to us by email. Then we will return the amount owed of the order within 14 days after the registration of your return, provided the product has been received return in good order.
